we should always link to authoritative definitions of terms when they
exist, instead of doing double book keeping here.

"attribute name" should be uniquely defined in the Nix reference manual.

"package name" should be uniquely defined in the Nixpkgs manual.

Valentin Gagarin 59d4be7d0e re-scope the project 
drafted in a rush, the time commitment was outsized and the compensation inappropriate.

the new scope focuses on the learning journey itself, and treats the
actual writing as stretch goals.
time estimates and budget is adjusted accordingly.
