Fix the S3 store

It was failing with:

   error: AWS error fetching 'nix-cache-info': The specified bucket does not exist

because `S3BinaryCacheStoreImpl` had a `bucketName` field that
shadowed the inherited `bucketName from `S3BinaryCacheStoreConfig`.
