Add 24.05 Uakari artwork

As discussed in Issue #128 I hereby submit an idea for a logo of NixOS
24.05, named "Uakari". I used a public domain image of this lovely
animal, please refer to the issue for more insight into legal concerns
regaring usage of images.

I rotated the image a bit, edited saturation and shadows and cropped out
grey, noisy background. I think it looks good on a white background now,
not so great on a black (think darkmode) background. This needs further
improvement…

I gladly give out the `.xcf` and `.svg` files, but usually Github
prohibits upload of such files. Just comment here and I'll send you a
link.
