Peter Simons 2396e9d036 perlPackages.PackageStash: Revert "update from 0.34 to 0.36" 
This reverts commit 5adbf4d447. The update broke
the test suite of perl-Moose [1], which is required by Hydra.

Nixpkgs is a collection of packages for Nix package manager. Nixpkgs also includes NixOS linux distribution source code.
