Other than the custom fn for each BotAction , none of it really is required in a rust source file directly

Better may be to configure a file format for some of the attributes of BotActions like json or xml , and have some code import that Module Definition at BotInstance initialization .

Really not a priority, but this keeps popping up in my head that I gotta timeline it
